Can you believe that Pablo and I have a two year old? I love it. PJ is so much fun to be with and he's become sort of my buddy. In this last year we've spent whole days at the lake, a million zoo trips, hot days at the splash pad, and hiking. Last year I spent a lot of time on the birthday party. You may remember my one-year monster theme, if not I have it right here:
I had so much fun making the monster toys, finding crafts, and organizing food and decor; but this year I just had so much going on and no desire to put in so much work again. So this year was SO much more COMFORTABLE! We had grilled hamburgers and hot dogs with chips and I decorated a small cake for dessert. PJ saw these How to Train Your Dragon 2 napkins and plates and wouldnt let them go, so they were included too.
We have a family height ruler in the kid's hallway and we scratched PJ's height that night. A beginning to a new birthday tradition!
