New Years Eve night Pablo and I meant to stay up until midnight to watch the ball drop and give a toast, but we almost missed it! We woke up in front of the television just 30 minutes before midnight! We had bought some of that Sparkling Soda earlier in the week and at midnight we toasted in the new week and gave each other a kiss! It was very exciting to start a new year with my new husband, knowing that we would be spending it together. Our New Year's Resolutions: Get good grades, healthier eating, and excersise. I have made one more on my own: to run the Teton Dam Marathon this summer! I am a little suprised at my excitement i have towards 2010, I know that great things are going to come to us and our friends and families.
Perhaps the best suprise we recieved was the beautiful blanket of snow we found covering our area when we woke up January 1! For the first time this winter, Pablo and I were able to break out the snowboard and take it for a ride! The snow was beautiful and still coming down, making a very festive atomsphere for the beginning of a new year. After hours playing in the snow, we came home to hot cocoa and warm blankets!
Happy New Year everybody! We love and miss you all and couldn't thank you more for your friendships and happy memories! I want to wish you here the best of the New Year! Love you!
